Join me for a deeply soul-nourishing evening of relaxation, reflection, and renewal as we embrace the beautiful energy of midsummer.
This gentle 90-minute session is an opportunity to pause, reconnect with yourself, and create space for rest and inner calm during this vibrant season of growth and light.
✨ During the evening, you'll enjoy:
• Gentle movement to awaken and nourish the body
• Calming breathwork to balance and restore your energy
• A guided meditation to nurture the soul and uplift the spirit
• Time for quiet reflection, connection, and stillness
• Herbal tea and homemade flapjack on arrival

🧘♀️ What to bring: A yoga/exercise mat, pillow or cushion, and a blanket for extra comfort. Although the hall is warm, you may wish to bring an extra layer if the evening feels chilly.
