Where your money actually goes
Every platform adds a line to the ticket.
We delete it.
A booking fee looks small — 90p here, £1.40 there. Multiply it across a season, a fundraising year, a full calendar of community nights, and it's a fortune quietly leaving your town. So we don't charge one. £0 booking fees. 0% commission. Money straight to your bank.
The receipt nobody shows you
Buy a £10 match ticket elsewhere and you don't pay £10. You pay £10 and a bit.
That bit keeps the lights on at a company you'll never meet. The organiser sees less than a tenner land; you paid more than a tenner to book. Somewhere in the middle, a slice went missing. That slice is the whole argument.
Our promise
We looked at that missing slice and decided the fairest place for it is the pocket it started in. So we don't take it. No booking fee. No commission. Ever.
The give-back is the model
There's no clever twist. When you sell on tickts, the full face value hits your own Stripe account the second a ticket sells — no fee bolted onto your buyers, no cut skimmed from your takings. The only deduction is Stripe's standard card fee, which goes to Stripe, not us, and you decide whether to absorb it or pass it on.
For a grassroots club, that missing slice is the minibus. For a charity, it's more of every pound reaching the cause. For a village hall, it's the night that finally breaks even. We'd rather it stayed where it does the most good than became our margin.
Who keeps the difference
The organisers who feel booking fees most are rarely the big arenas. They're the ones running events on tight margins, for the people around them.
Grassroots clubs
Every pound of the gate stays on the pitch, the players and the youth setup.
Charities & fundraisers
More of every ticket, plus Gift Aid, reaches the cause instead of a platform.
Churches & community
Services, fundraisers and hall nights that stay free to run and keep their own giving.
Schools & PTAs
Fairs, plays and discos where every pound raised stays with the school.
How we stay free — receipt attached
The whole core — all the ticketing, zero fees — is free forever. We make money only when an organiser chooses a paid plan for advanced tools, like payment plans and a few power features. You're never obliged to upgrade.
No ads on your event pages. We don't sell anyone's data. We never take a cut of your sales. We set out the full maths on how we make money — because a company that hides its money is the reason you're here.
What we'll never do
- We'll never invent a fee. The price on the ticket is the price you pay.
- We'll never hold your money. It lands in your account, not ours.
- We'll never sell your audience. Your buyers are yours, and their details stay that way.
- We'll never pretend to be neutral about booking fees. We built a company to end ours.
Booking fees are sold to you as a fact of life. They're not — they're a choice a platform makes, and we made the opposite one.
We're early, and honest about that: most of your sales will still come from your own crowd. Our job is simply this — when they buy, the money stays with you and your community, rather than leaking away in fees.
