Yes. On every plan, Starter, Growth, and Pro, tickts adds zero booking fees and zero service charges. The only fees that may apply are Stripe's standard card processing (1.5% + 20p), which the organiser can choose to absorb or pass on. This is what makes tickts different.
What do I get on the free Starter plan?
Everything you need to sell tickets: unlimited events, unlimited tickets, promo codes, scanner app, box office, add-ons, multi-date events, best available seating, and basic analytics. Most organisers start here.
How does tickts make money?
tickts offers optional paid plans (Growth and Pro) that unlock advanced organiser tools like payment plans, waitlist management, affiliate tracking, and white-label branding. Core ticketing is free on our Starter plan, and fans never pay booking fees on any plan.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, cancel any time from your dashboard. Your paid features remain active until the end of your billing period. You'll keep your Starter features forever.
What happens to my events if I downgrade?
Your existing events and ticket sales are never affected. Active payment plans and waitlists continue working. You just can't create new instances of Growth or Pro features on the Starter plan.
Do you take a commission on ticket sales?
No. 0% commission on all plans. Your ticket revenue goes directly to your Stripe account. The only fees are Stripe's standard processing fees (1.5% + 20p per transaction), which apply to all payment processors.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes. Upgrade from Growth to Pro at any time (prorated). Downgrade from Pro to Growth effective at your next billing date. Cancel to return to Starter whenever you like.
