Changelog
What's new on tickts
We ship constantly. Here is what has landed lately, all still with zero booking fees and 0% commission.
Waivers and disclaimers at checkout
Add a liability waiver or disclaimer to any event, and buyers must tick to accept it before they can pay. Off by default, and ideal for sports, classes and experiences.
Never lose a half-finished event
The event create page now autosaves as you go. If you get interrupted, come back and pick up exactly where you left off, images included.
Adjust release prices after you go on sale
Tiered "release" pricing thresholds can now be changed once tickets are selling, so you can bring the next price band forward or back as demand shifts.
Waitlist whenever a date stops selling
The join-the-waitlist option now appears whenever a date sells out or is taken off sale, so you never lose an interested buyer.
VAT invoices for your buyers
VAT-registered organisers can switch on downloadable VAT invoices for buyers, generated automatically on completed orders. Off by default.
Developer platform and public API
A full developer hub with a live API reference, scoped API keys and signed webhooks, so you can connect tickts to your own tools.
Booking and hire events
A new event type for room hire, table bookings and timed sessions: the buy button becomes "Book now", you set the venue once, and multiple slots are easy to manage.
One-click Gift Aid export
Charities can export every Gift Aid declaration to a CSV in one click, ready for an HMRC claim.
A calmer, faster organiser dashboard
A refreshed overview with your next event front and centre, live sales figures and a cleaner premium look.
Declining season-ticket pricing for clubs
Season passes can step down in price as games are played, so late buyers pay fairly for the games that remain and early buyers are never worse off.
Fixture importer for clubs
Paste a fixtures link and build your whole home season at once: home games detected, cup ties excluded from the season pass, and kick-off times set for you.
