Frequently asked questions
Will my existing Humanitix ticket holders need to buy their tickets again?
No. Anyone who already bought a ticket through Humanitix keeps it. Their order stays valid on Humanitix. Tickts only handles new sales going forward.
Do I lose access to my old Humanitix order data?
Not at all. Your Humanitix dashboard stays exactly as it is. The Tickts importer only copies your event's public details (title, date, venue, image, ticket tiers) into a new draft on Tickts. Nothing on Humanitix is touched.
Does this take down my Humanitix listing?
No. Tickts never modifies anything on Humanitix. Most organisers run both for a few weeks, then close their old listing once Tickts is selling well.
How long does the import actually take?
About 10 seconds. Paste your event link, we read the public event details (title, date, venue, image, tiers), and you land on a pre-filled draft you can review and save.
What if the import gets some details wrong?
The importer pulls data from your source page on a best-effort basis. We don't guarantee every field is exact, sources can be edited, fields can be missing, or formatted unusually. You review the draft before publishing and you're responsible for verifying every detail (especially dates, times, prices, and venue address). Once you click publish, anything wrong on the listing is your responsibility to fix. Full terms at /organiser-terms section 7.1.
