Before the Christmas rush begins, give yourself permission to pause. 🤍This evening is all about slowing down, switching off and coming back to yourself.
A nurturing evening of chakra balancing, deep rest and restoration, designed to help you release tension, quieten a busy mind and leave feeling calm, grounded and re-energised. ✨
We’ll gently move through the chakras, using breath, visualisation and meditation to bring balance back to both body and mind.
🧘♀️ Come exactly as you are.Bring your mat, pillow and blanket and get cosy.
