Full Moon Reset: Meditation & Relaxation Evening
Are you always on the go… rarely giving yourself time to truly switch off?
The Full Moon on May 31st invites you to slow down, pause, and turn inward. As its light reaches its peak, so does our awareness, offering a powerful opportunity to release tension, restore balance, and reconnect with a calmer, more grounded version of yourself.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, mentally busy, or simply in need of some time for you… this evening is for you.
Join me for a deeply relaxing 90-minute session including:
• Gentle movement to release tension • Calming breathwork to settle the nervous system • A guided full moon meditation for release & reset • Time to rest, restore and simply be • Herbal tea & homemade flapjack on arrival
Potton Hall Sunday 31st May 2026 7:00pm – 8:30pm
No experience needed – just come as you are and bring a blanket and pillow if you wish.
Introductory offer: First 10 spaces – £20 Then £25 thereafter Spaces are limited to keep the session calm and personal.
