The Water of Life Society are delighted to have Glen Moray in for this week's tasting!
Glen Moray is a Speyside single malt Scotch whisky distillery located on the banks of the River Lossie in Elgin, Scotland. Originally established as the West Brewery in 1828 and converted into a whisky distillery in September 1897, Glen Moray has been distilling for over 120 years! They are known for producing light, smooth, approachable, and fruit-led single malt whiskies, so be ready for a really comfortable tasting this week!

What Should I expect at a tasting?
At Least five drams of whisky presented over three hours. you will meet a friendly and easygoing community of students, faculty, and Edinburgh residents, who love to make new friends and share their love of whisky with newcomers and experts alike!
How Do I get to the West Reading Room?
Enter Teviot Row House from the main entrance, take a right and head two levels up the grand staircase. at the top of the stairs head left and West Reading Room will be to your right.
Can I split a ticket with a friend
As long as you are willing to share a glass and can both present ID we are happy to accommodate this
Can I pay in Cash?
yes, simply purchase a cash ticket for free on the site, and then pay our treasurer at the door when presenting your ticket.
