About this event
Set sail with PB Theatricals! In beautiful Venice, two Gondoliers have just been told that one of them is secretly the king of the Island of Barataria. The problem is, no-one knows which brother it is! The Gondoliers is a tale of mistaken identity, forbidden love, and of course, all of the topsy-turvy rollicking humour characteristic of Gilbert & Sullivan.
This classic truly captures the magic of Italy and contains some of Sullivan's best loved music, such as List and Learn, Try We Life Long, In a Contemplative Fashion and Take a Pair of Sparkling Eyes. It's not to be missed!
PB Theatricals is a non-profit theatre company, which brings together some of the UK's best amateur performers for a Gilbert & Sullivan extravaganza every year. Find out more about us at pbtheatricals.org
