Table 30 stems from the idea that the best meals come home. Cultures from around the world enjoy the tradition of eating together as a family, creating a sense of inclusivity for all. We aim to bring these dishes to the table with a fine dining twist, and wine to exemplify the flavours and experience.
With just 30 seats across two tables, guests are invited to experience a six-course set menu, personally curated by Chef's Joshua Thornton and Joe Brett, alongside a carefully considered wine pairing designed to complement each plate.
Your chef's bring a wealth of experience to the table, having previously worked as Chef's for Maxi Nourish, a mass-producing food preparation business, specialising in completely organic food. That experience shaped their understanding of quality, preparation, consistency, and the importance of working with good ingredients.
For Table 30, they have taken that knowledge into a more personal setting, creating a menu centred around fresh, locally sourced produce and his own approach to modern fine dining.
Each of the six plates will be individually served to every guest, allowing the menu to be experienced as a complete culinary journey. The accompanying wine pairing has been carefully selected to complement each course and bring another layer to the experience.
Table 30 is about bringing together great food, good wine, and good people in an intimate setting — creating an evening that feels both refined and welcoming.
