Classes are suitable for all levels including beginners. Pilates is a beneficial full-body exercise that helps you to build core strength, improve joint mobility, postural awareness, balance, coordination and flexibility. Please bring a mat if you have one, if not you can use one of mine.

How much are tickets for Pilates Classes?
Tickets are £10. tickts charges no booking fees, with no commission on top of the ticket price.
When is Pilates Classes?
Pilates every Tuesday at 6:30pm (60 minutes) and Pilates every Wednesday at 10:00am (60 minutes). The next class is on Tuesday 3 November.

Are there any booking fees?
No. tickts does not add booking fees, so you only pay the ticket price shown. There are no surprise charges at checkout.
