Join us for an informative and experiential breathwork session exploring how our nervous system works and the important role our breath plays in influencing our physical and emotional states.
We'll begin by looking at the nervous system, how it responds to our environment and experiences, and how different breathing patterns can influence its activity.
You'll then be guided through a range of specific breathwork techniques, exploring how to use your breath to encourage calm and balance, as well as how to gently activate your system when needed. These are practical techniques that you can take away and incorporate into everyday life.
We'll finish with a 30-minute guided meditation, offering an opportunity to slow down, rest and integrate the experience.
Whether you're new to breathwork or have an established practice, you're warmly welcome.
No previous experience is necessary – just come as you are, with curiosity and a willingness to explore.
