About this event
You too will use both traditional Japanese and UK methods and ingredients to create your own jar of Miso that you can take home to look after as it slowly ferments, together with a simple miso making guide.
You will learn what Miso is, how it is made, how you use it and how you could make it yourself at home together with why it is so good for your gut.

Cancellation Policy In the event that you are unable to attend a session that you have already paid for: The original ticket holder is free to transfer the ticket to another person (for free or for payment). However, if this is not possible: If there is a waiting list and it is more than two weeks before the event, The Nourished Plate will try to fill the space and if successful will refund the full ticket price If there is no waiting list or it is less than two weeks before the event, The Nourished Plate may not manage to fill the space - in which case no refund will be given The Nourished Plate reserves the right to cancel an event if there is insufficient interest and a full refund will be given to anyone who had booked a place. If it is deemed appropriate by The Nourished Plate to reschedule a session, for any reason, anyone who is then unable to make the new date will be refunded their ticket price.
