📅 1. Booking & Payment Little Legends hosted events • Fees are payable at the time of booking. • A booking is only secured once payment has been received. ❌ 2. Cancellations & Refunds Client Cancellations • All bookings are non-refundable. If unexpected events occur, we will try to reschedule your booking whenever possible however this is at the discretion of the business owner. Provider Cancellations • If we cancel a Little Legends Hosted Event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, performer unavailability), you will be offered: o A rescheduled date, or o A full refund. • If extreme weather or a major incident prevents the event from going ahead, we will try to contact you in advance and post updates on our social media platforms. 👶 4. Supervision & Safety • Your child’s safety remains your responsibility at all times. • A responsible adult must be present and supervise children throughout the session. 📸 5. Photography & Marketing • Photos and/or videos may be taken at events for marketing purposes. • If you do not want your child to be included in media, please inform us before or during the session. 🧯 8. Safety Exclusions • We will not perform or continue services if there is a risk to the safety of staff, children, or equipment. • In the event of aggressive or inappropriate behaviour, we reserve the right to terminate the booking without refund. 🎟️ 10. Liability • We are not liable for loss or damage to personal property at events. • We provide services to a reasonable standard, and our liability is limited to the value of the booking fee paid. • Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. 📝 11. Acceptance of Terms By making a booking and/or paying fees, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
