By purchasing a ticket and attending Mango & Misal Fest, you agree that all food is served on a first‑come basis within event hours. Unlimited Misal refers to servings available during the event time only. Menu items may vary slightly depending on availability. Mango tasting includes sample portions only. The organiser is not responsible for any allergies or dietary reactions; guests must check ingredients before consuming. No refunds unless the event is cancelled by the organiser. Tickets are non‑refundable and non‑cancellable. Photography and videography may be taken for promotional use. The organiser reserves the right to manage queues, adjust service flow, or limit portions if required for safety or operational reasons. Entry may be refused to anyone behaving in a disruptive or unsafe manner. Children under 18 must be supervised by an accompanying adult at all times. Mango varieties are subject to availability based on shipment arrival from India. If you have used a promo code, please bring valid ID (NHS card, Student ID, Blue Light card, or equivalent) to verify eligibility. Discounts apply only to the cardholder and cannot be extended to family members or friends. If a promo code is used without valid eligibility, an additional admin fee of £9.99 will be charged along with the difference in ticket price. The organiser reserves the right to void the ticket at the door if valid ID is not presented or does not match the promo‑code eligibility.
