⚠️ Event Disclaimer EduArt C.I.C. and its partners are committed to delivering a safe, inclusive, and well-organised event for all participants at International Children’s Day – 4th Edition (Mini Olympiad). However, by attending or participating in this event, all attendees acknowledge and agree to the following: Participation in all activities is voluntary and at the discretion of parents/guardians and supervising adults. While all reasonable health and safety measures will be in place, EduArt C.I.C. and venue partners accept no liability for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the event, except where caused by proven negligence. Parents/guardians remain responsible for the supervision and well-being of their children at all times unless the child is actively engaged in a supervised activity led by designated staff or volunteers. Photographs and video footage may be taken during the event for promotional and reporting purposes by EduArt C.I.C. If you do not wish your child to be included, you must notify event organisers in advance. The organisers reserve the right to modify the programme, activities, or schedule without prior notice if required for safety, operational, or logistical reasons. In the case of adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, EduArt C.I.C. reserves the right to postpone or amend the event format. By attending the event, all participants are deemed to have accepted these terms.
