Who can buy a ticket:
- You will need a DMEM Society membership to buy a ticket. Memberships can be bought on the Strath Union website: https://www.strathunion.com/shop/product/10000080/
- Plus ones are welcome. Each guest needs their own ticket. Plus ones do not need to have a membership.
- This event is strictly 18+, bring photo ID as the venue may ask for it at the bar.
How to pay:
- Tickets are on sale until 5pm on Wednesday 11th of November here on the online site. Provided tickets are still available there will be the option to buy tickets in person until 5pm on Friday the 13th of November.
- Buy online here, or pay by bank transfer in person (£1 cheaper due to processing fees) at our ticket stalls, stall details will be emailed out and posted to Instagram.
Menu and dietary requirements:
- We will email a form out to all ticket holders to select their meal choices, dietary requirements and allergies, so keep an eye on your inbox.
Accessibility:
- Unfortunately the venue is not wheelchair accessible due to a flight of stairs down to the venue. This is the only way into the actual room that we have booked out for the Winter Ball and we are very sorry if this would impact you. There are toilets downstairs so once down there would be little need to go up and down constantly though.
Ticket Policy:
- Refunds are available until 5pm on Friday 13th November (week 8). After this, no refunds can be made. By purchasing a ticket you agree to this policy.
Ticket Transfers:
- If you cannot make it after the refund deadline you can transfer your ticket to another person. If you transfer a ticket, please email us at [email protected] with the new guest's name so we can update our guest list. If they have different meal choices or dietary requirements, let us know in the same email.
