About this event

On Saturday 7th November, we're transforming the barn into our very own Bavarian bierkeller for a night of live oompah music, German beer, bratwurst, dancing and plenty of questionable singing!

Taking centre stage will be the multi-award-winning Bavarian Boyz Oompah Show — a brilliantly entertaining mix of traditional Bavarian music, comedy, audience participation and party classics. Expect two riotous sets and don't expect to spend the evening sitting quietly at your table!

Fancy dress is actively encouraged! Lederhosen, dirndls and your finest Bavarian attire are very welcome. It’s certainly not compulsory, but the more ridiculous we can make the bierkeller look, the better!

19:00-20:30 BEER & BRATWURST

We’ll kick things off from 7pm with Bavarian food courtesy of Leon and steins of German beer from On-Tap Mobile Bar. Your Oktoberfest supper is included in the ticket price, with a bratwurst (or vegetarian alternative) to get the evening off to a suitably Bavarian start. Grab a beer, find your place in the bierkeller and settle in before the Bavarian Boyz get the party properly underway!

20:30 - 21:15 THE BAVARIAN BOYZ OOMPAH SHOW (PART EINS)

Grab a table in the 'bierkeller' and prepare to be entertained by the hilariously funny Bavarian Boyz and their unique take on a traditional Oktoberfest party!

21:15-21:45 INTERVAL & STEIN REFILLS

Time to catch your breath, refill your stein and compare lederhosen! Grab another drink from the bar, stretch your legs and get ready — the Bavarian Boyz will be back shortly for Part Zwei.

21:45 - 22:30 THE BAVARIAN BOYZ OOMPAH SHOW (PART ZWEI)

Brace yourselves for part two!

22:30 - 23:30 MORE BEER & DANCING

Grab another drink and dance the rest of the night away to a euro pop mega mix!

FANCY DRESS VERY WELCOME!

Refund policyTickets are non-refundable, except where the event is cancelled or rescheduled, or as required by law.

Frequently asked questions

Are children allowed?

No. This is an adults-only event (18+).

What time does it start?

Doors open at 7:00pm, with food and drinks available before The Bavarian Boyz Oompah Show gets underway at 8:30pm. The evening finishes at approximately 11:30pm.

Will there be food available?

Yes! A proper Bavarian supper is included in your ticket price, including bratwurst and suitably hearty Oktoberfest fare. A vegetarian alternative will also be available. Come hungry! 🍺🥨

Will there be a bar?

Of course! On-Tap Mobile Bar will be serving drinks throughout the evening, including German beer by the stein alongside a range of other alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Please note that drinks are not included in the ticket price.

What should I wear?

Fancy dress is actively encouraged. Lederhosen, dirndls and all things Bavarian are very welcome. It isn’t compulsory, but we’d love everyone to get into the Oktoberfest spirit. The event takes place in an unheated stone barn, so although we'll be doing our best to generate plenty of heat through beer, singing and dancing, warm layers are recommended. Sensible footwear is also advisable.

Will there be seating?

Yes, there will be communal beer-hall style tables and seating in the barn. Seating is informal, so expect to share tables, make friends and join in! Expect live music, comedy, audience participation, singing and plenty of dancing. The Bavarian Boyz put on an interactive Oktoberfest show, so participation is very much part of the fun.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Please don't bring your own alcohol. A fully stocked bar and food vendor will be available throughout the evening.

Is there parking?

Yes, parking will be available at the farm. As this is a rural venue and alcohol will be served, we'd strongly encourage designated drivers, taxis or sharing lifts wherever possible. Cars left overnight are at the owner's risk and should be collected the following day.

Is this a public event?

No. Crabtree Farm Oktoberfest is a private, invitation-only event for our friends, family and invited guests. Tickets are not being advertised or sold to the general public and the booking page can only be accessed via the private link we’ve shared with you. Please don’t share the booking link publicly or post it on social media. We’re very happy for invited guests to book tickets for their partners or other members of their party.
