6 AM CLUB | TEIGNMOUTH
Presented by 6 AM CLUBWe are back! You loved it so much. We had to return to this beautiful, tranquil spot.
This event has passed.
About this event
Yoga, breathwork, sea swim and social.
We’re taking the mats to Teignmouth for a morning outdoors no filters, no performance, just movement and breath as the town wakes up around us.
We’ll flow together, drop into some breathwork to settle the nervous system, and if you fancy it, walk straight into the water after. No pressure either way bring a towel just in case.
Come as you are, leave a little lighter.
