Welcome back to 6am Club! 🌅
We’re kicking off the season with a beautiful opening session — beginning with a grounding meditation to ease you in, flowing through yoga, and closing with breathwork to set you up for the day ahead.
As a little upgrade this year, I’ll be offering free hot beverages after class — so stick around, breathe it all in, and enjoy a warm drink by the sea.
Please bring a reusable mug if you have one, but don’t worry if not — I’ll have cups available.
What to bring: • Your own mat • A reusable mug (if you have one) • Yourself and good vibes ☀️ Please note: A waiver must be signed before booking — the link will be provided when you sign up.
