After experiencing difficulties transitioning to another ticketing platform, the tickts team stepped in and made the process incredibly straightforward. David has been fantastic throughout the onboarding process, working quickly to get us up and running while providing excellent support tailored to the needs of our club. We're excited to be working with tickts for the 2026/27 season, improving the matchday experience for our supporters while giving our volunteers a much more streamlined way to manage operations on matchdays.

Easy and efficient ticket solution
Used the product for a fundraiser event and it worked extremely well. Easy to set up for multiple uses, very self explanatory and the reports and updates were supe easy as well. Set up tickets and a raffle and worked so well for both. Will definitely use it again.

Brilliant site
Brilliant site, genuinely made for up-and-coming promoters and those who don't want to be extorted by big ticket selling sites by its dedicated creator in David. The site itself is an absolute doddle, other sites just do not compare on ease of use, the reply time when there is an issue is extremely fast and the fixes happen just as quickly. Will be using Tickts for every event BlastxDread puts on.

Tickts is THE place to use for ticket sales
As an event promoter of smaller local shows, Tickts is a breath of fresh air in the ticket selling market. The site layout is easy to navigate, the features are all there to help you sell, and the 0% booking fees for customers is pretty much a marketing dream in the current +booking fees climate that dominates the ticketing industry. Customer service is excellent, questions are handled quickly. I can't recommend it enough, Tickts is excellent!

Was very skeptical at first
Was very skeptical at first being a new platform for tickets but they're doing everything right. Few issues but more or less instantly sorted. Layout: simple and easy to navigate around things, building events, and getting tickets out to public. QR code and flyer generation. Pricing structure: simple, very effective. Best of all, NO BOOKING FEES FOR CUSTOMERS.

The platform feels fair for small bands and events, especially in the struggling event industry right now, and it is currently working great for my charity event. It is genuinely free which is amazing for low budget events, you get everything you would with a platform you were paying for, including QR code tickets and a scanning app. The team are also extremely helpful if you need help with the platform.

Great experience with Tickts so far!
Events are very easy to set up, and the interface is clear and straightforward to use. I especially love the concept of having no booking fees for fans, it really sets Tickts apart. Customer service has been excellent, with quick and helpful responses whenever needed. I will definitely continue using Tickts and would highly recommend it to others.

Very easy to use site. I found my event quickly, and because I could use my details through Link, I had purchased my ticket within two minutes. Awesome thing is no added costs. Great site.
