THE DETAILS
Age restriction: This is an 18+ event. ID may be requested on entry.
This ticket includes: your wine tasting slot. It does not include food, transport, or additional drinks.
Rail
The nearest train station to the winery is Marden Station.
The Balfour Winery offers a free shuttle from Marden station to the vineyard and back. There will most likely be queues to use this service as it is on a first come first serve basis. We advise getting to Marden Station early to be able to use this service.

Car
The Winery has ample parking available on-site, including an electric vehicle charging point for your convenience.
Please drink responsibly. If you plan to drive, we recommend arranging transport in advance and not driving after tasting.
We advise getting to the winery for 2:30pm for a 4:00pm prompt start. Our wine tasting slot runs from 4:00pm to 5:00pm.
Weather
This event takes place rain or shine. Please dress appropriately for the weather and check the forecast ahead of time.
Health and allergies
If you have any allergies or health conditions, please use your own judgement regarding the wine tasting and consult a medical professional beforehand if needed. Due to the nature of this event, we are unable to accommodate alcohol-free alternatives.
Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest who is intoxicated, disruptive, or behaves inappropriately, without refund.
Personal belongings
We and the venue are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen personal items.

In the rare case this event is cancelled, postponed, or significantly changed by us, we will contact you with details of a refund, or rescheduled date.

Please note: tickets are for the scheduled wine tasting time slot only. If you arrive late, miss your allocated slot, or can no longer attend the event, we are unable to provide a refund. Tickets can be transferred to another person via the tickts website/app.

Refund policy
REFUND POLICY NOTES Tickets are valid for the scheduled wine tasting time slot only. If you arrive late, miss your allocated slot, or are unable to attend, we are unable to offer a refund. Tickets can be transferred to another person via the ticketing website - this is the only way to recoup your ticket cost if you can no longer attend. If the event is cancelled, postponed, we will contact all ticket holders directly with details of a refund, or rescheduled date. Refunds are not offered for reasons of weather, personal circumstances, or dissatisfaction with the event once it has taken place. All refund requests (where applicable) must be made in writing via Instagram DM @WineWithUsUK.
