Codfest 17

Codfest returns for its 17th year with a full day of live music across 9 acres of outdoor space.

From noon until 11pm, enjoy various bands across two main stages, plus a dedicated open mic stage for emerging talent.

Limited overnight camping is available at £7 per tent or £15 per camper van, with adjacent car parking at £3 per vehicle.

A shuttle bus will run between Bilbrook/Codsall and the festival site for £4 each way per person. Pick up points will be The Woodman Inn, Bilbrook and the Crown Joules pub in Codsall between 11.30am and 1.30pm and return journeys to the same two pubs from the main gate between 10pm and midnight.

On site you’ll find a fully stocked bar and a variety of food vendors. You’re welcome to bring your own drinks too, just no glass for safety.

Families are well catered for, with early years activities, face painting, and a range of community stalls throughout the grounds. Please note: no dogs are permitted at the event.

Tickets are issued subject to a licence being granted by the local authority; therefore, the festival is subject to licencing laws.

EMERGENCY MUSTER POINT is on the tarmac area in front of the main building.
LOST CHILDREN should go to the First Aid/Security tent just outside the arena entrance.

Under-age drinking is strictly prohibited and will result in instant ejection from the site. Persons found selling or providing alcohol to minors will also be ejected and may face criminal prosecution. If you look under 21 you will be asked for ID at the bar when trying to purchase alcohol.

Please do not bring illegal substances, portable laser equipment and pens, fireworks, flares, lanterns or weapons of any kind onto the festival site.

Please don’t smoke in the woodland areas. There is a designated smoking area near the stalls. If you do smoke in the arena, please use the ash cans provided around the perimeter.

Open fires and solid fuel barbeques (including disposables) are not permitted anywhere on site.

Please don’t bring glass of any kind onto the site and help us look after the environment by using the bins provided.

Apart from dogs assisting the visually impaired, no animals are permitted on site. The Kingswood Trust is an outdoor education centre and there are sheep, chickens, ducks, rabbits and guineapigs on site. Please treat them with care and respect.

Please consider the safety of others when pitching tents and securing guy ropes. At dusk in the main arena, we request that all chairs and personal belongings be moved to the perimeter of the arena to avoid the risk of trips and falls after dark.

Please don’t play live or recorded music after midnight and keep noise to a minimum. Respect our neighbours – their support is essential for the event to continue in future years.

The playing of ball games is not permitted on the festival site.

Traders are not permitted on site or surrounding areas without prior consent of the Codfest committee.

The festival organisers reserve the right to refuse admission or to eject anyone acting in an aggressive or disrespectful manner towards other festival goers, members of staff or the festival site, or not complying with the rules set out in these Terms and Conditions. Any person behaving in a manner deemed anti-social or potentially dangerous will be ejected from the site without refund. Anyone found to be causing damage to the site or causing harm to another person on site or in breach of these Terms and Conditions will be subject to prosecution.
