Disclaimer & Liability Waiver By booking and attending 6am Club, you confirm that: You are in good physical health and have no medical conditions, injuries, or illnesses that would prevent you from safely participating in yoga, meditation, or breathwork. If you are unsure, please consult your GP before attending. You understand that yoga and breathwork involve physical movement and that, as with any physical activity, there is an inherent risk of injury. You agree to participate within your own limits and to inform the instructor of any injuries or concerns before the session begins. You agree that Saskia Pilates & Yoga / SASI and its instructors accept no liability for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property sustained during or as a result of attending 6am Club sessions. You acknowledge that sessions take place outdoors and that weather and ground conditions may vary. You attend at your own risk. Photography & Filming Please be aware that some sessions may be filmed or photographed for use on social media and marketing purposes. By completing your booking you consent to the possibility of appearing in such content. If you do not wish to be filmed or photographed, please notify the instructor before the session begins and every effort will be made to accommodate your wishes. Marketing emails. By completing your booking you confirm to receiving marketing emails and campaigns from any product from SASI COLLECTIVE LIMITED. By completing your booking you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above.
